Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Fort Worth metropolitan area during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Verify delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and urgent deliveries
- Load/unload packages efficiently while ensuring cargo security and integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/deliveries
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth streets and surrounding areas
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
