Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within designated Baltimore routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during night operations
- Communicate delivery status updates via GPS tracking systems
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at warehouse locations
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation field
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore city streets and navigation systems
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
