Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van or refrigerated) during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Complete multi-stop delivery routes with precision and timeliness
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or local driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Tampa Bay routes and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability for consistent overnight schedule
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
