Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during night shifts
- Transport freight across designated routes with 100% on-time delivery
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and Swift's safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and Midwest routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
