Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional night deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and accurate logbook documentation
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch team during routes
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries across South Florida
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Flexibility for weekend shifts during peak seasons
