Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks or dry vans) during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Execute efficient delivery routes across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Miami metro area roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic navigation skills using GPS technology
