Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight deliveries across LA metro
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload freight with precision and follow warehouse protocols
- Navigate high-volume urban routes efficiently during off-peak hours
- Adhere to strict HOS regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch team using telematics systems
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Knowledge of LA/CA traffic patterns and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and background check requirements
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
