Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Transport freight across regional routes with strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and document maintenance reports
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch team for route adjustments
- Ensure secure cargo handling and on-time delivery performance
- Participate in monthly safety training and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical loading duties
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Strong navigation skills with GPS technology proficiency
- Pass DOT physical and background screening
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
