Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute multi-stop delivery routes across San Francisco and Bay Area
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain detailed logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Handle time-sensitive freight with temperature control requirements
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts and weekend rotations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
