Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Transport freight across designated routes in Denver metro and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of goods at various client locations
- Document delivery paperwork and maintain electronic logging system compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Denver metro area and Colorado mountain roads
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Basic understanding of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
