Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently while adhering to time schedules and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Night shift availability (Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong physical stamina to lift, push, and pull cargo as required.
