Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight regional deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients using telematics
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries within Denver metro and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro routes and mountain driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and background check requirements
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
- Experience with refrigerated freight preferred
