Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for nighttime freight transport
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient routes across Colorado and neighboring states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with precision using modern equipment
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch for real-time updates
- Represent our company with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical
- Strong knowledge of mountain driving and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Flexibility for overnight shifts (10-12 hour shifts)
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with ELD systems
- Team player with commitment to safety excellence
