Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for nighttime deliveries in Houston metro area
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch teams
- Document trip logs and delivery paperwork accurately
- Maintain professional communication with clients during deliveries
- Operate in all weather conditions with defensive driving techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Night shift availability and comfort with overnight schedules
- Strong knowledge of Houston area roadways and logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
