Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional night deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries and route optimization
- Safely load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members during operations
- Complete necessary paperwork and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local/regional road networks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in night shift conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
