Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and reefers) during overnight hours
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage route optimization for timely deliveries
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional driving experience
- Familiarity with Milwaukee metro routes preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible overnight schedules
