Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles during overnight hours
- Execute multi-stop delivery routes with precision and timeliness
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal routing and real-time communication
- Document all shipments, hours, and maintenance in electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and transportation software
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
