Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for overnight deliveries across Chicagoland
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Navigate efficiently through urban and suburban routes using GPS technology
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
