Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts to ensure safe operating conditions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route issues
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery concerns
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Wichita/Kansas roadways
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
