Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and maintain schedule adherence
- Secure packages and verify recipient identity for high-value deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmissions
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and smartphone delivery apps
- Availability to work consistently overnight shifts with reliable transportation to depot
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor vehicle troubleshooting
