Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods and packages during overnight hours
- Efficiently plan and navigate routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Verify delivery accuracy through scanning and documentation processes
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A/B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver packages
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery software
- Availability to work consistently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
