Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute optimized routes using GPS navigation technology
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential/commercial deliveries
- Coordinate with dispatch teams via digital communication platforms
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Commercial driving experience preferred (food, medical, or logistics)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong knowledge of Oakland geography and traffic patterns
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery systems
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening
