Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and food deliveries throughout Milwaukee metropolitan area
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS technology and optimize for fuel/time efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols during night operations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/delivery environments
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Comfortable operating in low-light conditions and adverse weather
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening as per DOT requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
