Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages across Kansas City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Uphold company standards for package security and integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City street navigation
- Availability to work flexible night schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to depot location
