Responsibilities
- Safely navigate nighttime routes using company-provided GPS systems
- Load/unload packages efficiently with proper lifting techniques
- Verify delivery accuracy through digital scanning and customer signatures
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere to traffic laws and defensive driving protocols
- Communicate delivery status via mobile tracking platform
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS apps
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery/driver experience a plus
