Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Dallas/Fort Worth area during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
- Resolve delivery exceptions promptly with customer service team
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data for on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/difficult terrain
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Background check and drug screening required
