Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles across El Paso during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load/unload packages efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries in all weather conditions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages regularly (up to 70 lbs)
- Strong knowledge of El Paso geography and traffic patterns
- Availability to work 40+ hours weekly on overnight schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
