Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations within the Denver metropolitan area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Load/unload packages with care, verifying contents and documentation before departure
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking records using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including resolving delivery issues and answering inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs in residential/commercial settings
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team coordination
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Ability to work independently in variable weather conditions overnight
- Pass background check, drug screening, and provide proof of auto insurance
