Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package and food delivery across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking systems for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during night-time deliveries, including secure payment processing
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols during all operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and customer inquiries
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and navigate multi-level buildings
- Experience with GPS navigation and delivery tracking applications
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery windows
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
