Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries within Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Load/unload packages with precision and care using provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or A preferred
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte geography and GPS navigation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
