Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs
- Uphold company safety protocols and Memphis traffic regulations
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations during downtime
- Represent Express Logistics Memphis with professionalism at all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity of Memphis metro area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for app-based communication
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip reconciliation
