Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Atlanta metro area during overnight shifts
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation to meet tight delivery windows
- Uphold company safety protocols and defensive driving standards at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuver packages in various weather conditions
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
