Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages across Dallas metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Verify package integrity and documentation upon collection/delivery
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to delivery windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app and maintain client records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Dallas street grid and navigation technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
