Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport time-sensitive packages and goods overnight
- Plan and optimize efficient delivery routes using GPS technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer interactions professionally
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Secure packages and protect cargo from damage during transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Wichita/Kansas roads
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
