Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Efficiently manage multi-stop delivery routes across El Paso County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Verify package integrity and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and support teams
- Assist in loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile scanning apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently in variable weather conditions
- Basic math skills for delivery verification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
