Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Efficiently navigate Cleveland metro routes using GPS technology
- Handle temperature-sensitive packages with care and precision
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery exceptions with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (3+ years driving experience)
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland geography and roadways
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- DOT medical certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
