Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and equipment to healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols during transport
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before each shift
- Communicate professionally with clinic staff and resolve delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred
- Experience in medical logistics, delivery, or healthcare support preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metropolitan area roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening
