Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, organs, and pharmaceuticals across Lubbock and surrounding areas
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Document delivery details and maintain digital logs via our remote management portal
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of transport equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and biohazard safety protocols
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Experience in medical transport, logistics, or healthcare setting
- Proficient in using digital tracking systems and mobile apps
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled containers
