Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and pharmaceuticals maintaining strict temperature controls
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for sensitive patient data and materials
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Coordinate with hospital staff, labs, and clinics to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with exceptional time sensitivity
- Train on specialized medical handling protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years medical courier or specialized logistics experience
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile tracking technologies
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
