Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab results, and critical supplies between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive pharmaceuticals and biologics
- Complete accurate documentation and electronic tracking for all shipments
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety protocols
- Coordinate with medical staff for time-sensitive deliveries and pickups
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure safe operation
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and recipients
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical logistics or healthcare delivery
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen certification preferred
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Background check and drug screening required
