Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals in temperature-controlled containers
- Maintain precise delivery schedules to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories
- Complete accurate documentation and electronic tracking for each shipment
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard handling protocols
- Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app to dispatch team
- Resolve delivery issues proactively with healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs regularly
- Basic medical specimen handling knowledge preferred
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in logistics/transportation a plus
