Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and critical supplies across Nashville facilities
- Maintain precise temperature-controlled environments during transit
- Utilize our proprietary app for real-time route tracking and digital documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA/GMP protocols for handling sensitive materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team remotely for urgent rerouting
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- 1+ years experience in medical/healthcare transport
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and digital tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Strong communication and time-management skills
