Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, samples, and documents to healthcare facilities in the Phoenix metro area with strict adherence to safety and temperature control protocols.
- Utilize the home-based dispatch system to accept deliveries and plan efficient routes to maximize earning potential.
- Maintain accurate and timely logs of all deliveries using our digital tracking software.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, including routine checks on temperature-controlled units.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and HIPAA compliance standards regarding patient privacy and data security.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients upon delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for using dispatch software and logging data.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
