Responsibilities
- Transport critical medical specimens, lab samples, and blood products to various healthcare facilities with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain cold chain management to ensure temperature-sensitive items remain viable during transit.
- Verify patient identity and delivery documentation with 100% accuracy.
- Log all deliveries and pick-ups accurately into the company tracking system.
- Interact professionally with medical staff and patients at drop-off locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
