Responsibilities
- Safely transport sensitive medical specimens, documents, and equipment from medical facilities to laboratories and hospitals.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and safety regulations regarding the handling of bio-hazardous materials.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet strict hospital deadlines.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Use handheld GPS devices for route optimization and tracking.
- Complete accurate delivery logs and paperwork before returning to the hub.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van) with valid registration and insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
