Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals to designated medical facilities within a strict time window.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance standards and safety protocols when handling sensitive patient information and medical samples.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the company vehicle at all times.
- Complete accurate digital delivery logs, tracking reports, and proof of delivery documentation.
- Interact professionally and courteously with patients, medical staff, and facility receptionists.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly stocked with supplies and that insurance and registration are up to date.
- Follow designated routes efficiently to minimize fuel costs and maximize delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld delivery scanners and logging systems.
- Reliable personal vehicle (Company vehicles available for eligible candidates).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
