Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and equipment to and from medical facilities, labs, and hospitals in a timely and safe manner.
- Adhere strictly to all HIPAA regulations and safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and specimen integrity.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile applications for accurate proof of delivery and tracking.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean driving record at all times.
- Collect and process payments or invoices as required for drop-off services.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate the Tucson area efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
