Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and supplies maintaining strict temperature control protocols
- Navigate Arlington/Fort Worth metro area efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers during critical transfers
- Manage time effectively across multiple pickup/drop locations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex protocols
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling and transport regulations
- Proficient with smartphone apps and GPS navigation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
