Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and temperature-sensitive supplies using provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and chain-of-custody records
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety protocols
- Monitor and report equipment performance issues immediately
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for efficient pickup/delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections on company-provided vehicles
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
