Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Safely collect, transport, and deliver medical specimens, blood samples, and healthcare equipment to hospitals, labs, and clinics in the Denver metro area.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols to ensure the integrity of medical specimens.
- Time Management: Adhere to strict delivery time windows (SLAs) and utilize our GPS tracking system to ensure punctuality on every route.
- Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain all necessary delivery logs, manifests, and paperwork to ensure audit readiness.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicle to handle various shipment types.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with healthcare facility staff and patients, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid Class C driver's license is required.
- Driving Record: A clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle and current insurance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to use a smartphone for logging deliveries.
